Welcome to Incendiary Training Services (“we,” “our,” “us”).  Please read carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website (https://www.incendiarytrainingservices.com), purchasing services, or enrolling in training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 15 years old to use our services.
     

  • Minors under 18 may participate in training sessions only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
     

  • By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
     

 

3. Services Provided

Incendiary Training Services offers fitness, mobility, strength, and self-defense training programs, as well as educational content. All services are provided for personal development and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

 

4. Registration & Participation Policy

  • Pre-Registration: All participants must register in advance. Walk-ins may be denied based on availability.
     

  • Conduct: Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other attendees. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without a refund.
     

  • Health & Safety: You are responsible for informing instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation.
     

  • Equipment & Facilities: Participants must follow safety instructions regarding training equipment and facilities. Misuse may result in liability for damages.
     

 

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payment: All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
     

  • Cancellations:
     

    • Sessions canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
       

    • Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
       

  • No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice results in forfeiture of the session fee.
     

  • Transfers: Session credits may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval.
     

 

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participation in training involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You have consulted with a physician before beginning any new exercise or training program.
     

  • You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or damages associated with participation.
     

  • Incendiary Training Services, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from participation.
     

 

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
     

  • Resell, record, or redistribute our training materials without written permission.
     

  • Harass, threaten, or harm instructors, staff, or other participants.
     

  • Bring weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items into training environments.
     

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, videos, logos, and trademarks on this website and within training programs are the exclusive property of Incendiary Training Services. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Media Release

By participating in our training sessions or events, you grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and other media of you to be used by Incendiary Training Services for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to participation.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incendiary Training Services is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or training programs.
     

  • Injuries or losses sustained during participation.
    Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue participation.
     

 

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or registration forms will only be used to deliver services, communicate with you, and improve our offerings. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
